In this concept, the powder bath receives a revamp utilizing two iconic trends popular during the mid-century era 􀀁  terrazzo and bold patterns. The wall tile on the rear wall is a nod to the request for a modern design that offers a contrasting and bold punch. The natural wood vanity and matte black fixtures provide a balanced combination to the concrete tiles.  Modern touches are introduced with the offset vanity pendants and round mirror, which is minimally framed in black metal.
